Welcome to 7 Star Auto Collision Center. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Services Provided

7 Star Auto Collision Center provides auto body repair, collision repair, painting, frame straightening, and related automotive services. We are committed to providing high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction in accordance with industry standards.

3. Towing Services Policy

Please note that towing services provided by 7 Star Auto Collision Center are exclusively available for insurance claims and collision-related incidents where repairs will be performed at our facility.

We do not provide general towing services for mechanical breakdowns, roadside assistance, or other non-insurance related incidents. Our towing service is strictly a courtesy or covered service to facilitate the collision repair process. Any towing fees incurred for vehicles not repaired at our facility will be the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided are based on visible damage at the time of inspection. Additional damage may be discovered during the disassembly and repair process (supplemental damage). We will communicate with you and/or your insurance provider regarding any additional costs required to complete the repairs properly.

5. Authorization of Repairs

You hereby authorize 7 Star Auto Collision Center to perform the repairs listed in the estimate and any necessary supplemental repairs approved by you or your insurance company. You grant our employees permission to operate your vehicle for the purpose of testing and inspection.

6. Insurance Claims and Processing

We work with all major insurance companies to facilitate your claim. However, you remain responsible for the total cost of repairs. If your insurance company pays only a portion of the bill, you are responsible for the balance, including any deductible, betterment, or depreciation charges determined by your policy.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of repairs and prior to the release of the vehicle. We accept major credit cards, insurance checks, and cash. Personal checks may not be accepted without prior approval. We do not offer financing directly.

8. Parts and Materials

We use high-quality parts and materials for all repairs. Depending on your insurance policy and availability, we may use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), aftermarket, or recycled parts. All parts used will be clearly identified on your final invoice.

9. Completion Times

Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to parts availability, insurance approval processes, or additional damage discovery. We will make every effort to keep you informed of your vehicle's status and any changes to the timeline.

10. Storage Fees

Storage fees may apply if a vehicle is left at our facility for more than 3 business days after notification of repair completion or if a vehicle is deemed a total loss and not removed promptly. Storage rates will be posted in our office.

11. Mechanic's Lien

An express mechanic's lien is hereby acknowledged on the vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto. 7 Star Auto Collision Center reserves the right to hold the vehicle until all charges for repairs, storage, and other services are paid in full.

12. Warranty

We provide a limited lifetime warranty on our paint and bodywork for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, rust, rock chips, or damage resulting from subsequent accidents, negligence, or improper maintenance.

13. Limitation of Liability

7 Star Auto Collision Center shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the loss of use of the vehicle. Our liability is limited to the cost of repairs performed.

14. Personal Items

Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before leaving it for repairs. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle, including but not limited to electronics, sunglasses, clothing, or money.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

16. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
